We want you to love your skin and your Miracle 10 results. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging. Ensure that the products are at least 50% full to qualify for a satisfaction guarantee refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
